The Swedish government has today appointed Anna Kinberg Batra as Governor of Stockholm County. As a result of this Anna is required to leave her position as a board member of the Nederman Group.
Anna has been a Nederman board member since 2021 and leaves her position with immediate effect.

According to Nederman’s articles of association, the Board must consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of eight members. After Anna Kinberg Batra’s resignation, the Board will consist of five members and this therefore meets the requirements of the articles of association.
