Nederman has signed an agreement to acquire 100 % of the shares in Filtac AB, a company active in process- and air treatment for industrial applications.
Filtac holds patents for leading technologies and products targeting oil mist treatment, a residue from metal fabrication. Filtac has a revenue of 50 MSEK and is located in Kinna, Sweden. The company has 15 employees.
