Nederman MikroPul’s Regional Field Service Manager will be responsible for selling Parts, Service, and Retrofits to the exiting MikroPul and Pneumafil installed base as well as other industrial manufacturers requiring air treatment within the Great Plains and Mountain West regions (TX, OK, KS, SD, ND, MT, WY, CO, NM). This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter with industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the promotion and sale of MikroPul & Pneumafil Parts, Services, and Retrofits. Maintain close and frequent contact and relationships with customers throughout the life cycle of assets by being onsite or other engagement.
- Manage the assessment/service/inspection process from start to finish. Take inbound troubleshooting calls, promote service work, understand buying history before quoting, quote inspection and price according to buying history and potential to grow share of wallet with customer, review assessment report and quote parts, upgrades, new equipment based on findings, and schedule follow up in CRM to ensure customer loyalty.
- Lead Generation - Prospecting and proactive selling of parts and service. Identify new business opportunities and document in CRM. Networking within existing client base to reconnect, upsell with recommend spare parts lists. Obtain referrals. Account management, leveraging good relationships to duplicate success across regional boundaries.
- Consistent CRM engagement to archive customer communication, trip reports, and develop/maintain opportunity pipeline.
- Conduct site visits for high level technical assistance, taking measurements, collecting samples, and other necessary scenarios required to develop solutions based sales quotations.
- Travel within the territory at least 50%
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred, or other relevant training or discipline.
- 5+ years of outside sales experience.
- Sales experience of air pollution control equipment, air moving equipment or product handling equipment is highly desired.
- Strong hunter mentality is required to seek out new business and build business levels with existing install base.
- Mechanical background or aptitude to interface with clients and engineers.
- Familiarity with industrial processes.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems preferred
