Service Sales Manager - MikroPul - UK. 

Responsibilities will include: 

New Business Development - Increase Market Share of Nederman MikroPul through developing & establishing relationships with End Users. Proactively seek leads and new opportunities within Nederman MikroPul target market.

Sales KPI’s - Agreed number of meaningful interactions per week to customer base. Maintain and grow sales pipeline. Achieve Sales Revenue Targets. Develop & Maintain Customer relationships.

Account Management - Proactively manage a designated geographical area, including existing accounts

Technical - Undertake site surveys and client visits, compile technical reports proposals and quotations resulting from the site survey and client visits. Support Service Execution activities in your area.

Have the ability to understand the bespoke requirements of individual customers allowing you to provide/create customer service solutions; have an ability to think outside of the box when creating service solutions.

Customer Satisfaction – Close association with the Service Team to ensure high customer satisfaction and customer care. If necessary, undertake reviews with the service team to improve execution and support customer process.

Obtain specifications and provide detailed service quotations to provide solutions to customer applications.

Complete and return tender documentation for service care agreements and reactive/preventative service work.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a highly organised, analytical, and process-oriented professional who thrives in technically demanding environments. They demonstrate a strong aptitude for computerised systems and are IT literate, enabling them to efficiently manage data and adapt to a variety of digital tools. With excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills, they can prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Energetic and customer-focused, they bring outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build lasting relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored, solution-driven outcomes. A collaborative team player, they are equally comfortable supporting colleagues while taking initiative in their own workload. 

Technically, the candidate possesses strong knowledge across extraction solutions and the installation of extraction equipment, including system dimensioning. They have a solid understanding of electrical, control, and pneumatic systems, as well as PLCs and inverter drives, supported by knowledge of ATEX legislation and emerging IoT and digital industry tools. With experience in field sales—ideally within industrial or commercial sectors—they are confident in selling services or capital equipment, generating their own leads, and cold calling prospective clients. Their proactive mindset, combined with a willingness to travel and stay away from home when required, ensures they can effectively support business growth while delivering exceptional service to customers.
