<p>The Receiving/ Shipping Inventory Associate will support the supply chain team by handling daily receiving, shipping and inventory management tasks.</p>

This includes daily collection efforts, to include calls/emails to customers and internal employees. Generate and distribute the A/R problem collection notice. This position is responsible for delivering technical support and service to customers following the installation of our products. The ideal candidate has a solid background in industrial ventilation systems—specifically source capture exhaust and filtration equipment.</p>

This Analytical Field Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of field service support and customer relationship management to be the face of Neo Monitors Corp. The successful candidate will provide complete services on TDLAS, sample systems, including installation, repairs, preventative maintenance, and instrument qualifications. Our ideal candidate will be customer oriented, an advocate for Neo Monitors Corp. by serving the customer in refineries, chemical, power generation, etc. sites within North America and occasionally internationally, and be eager to drive growth.</p>

<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>
<p>The Sales Manager is responsible for Sales and Marketing activities predominantly in the Nonwovens, Soft Disposables &amp; Hygienic Industries Department for Luwa. This role will be the first point of contact with customers and will be instrumental in developing targeted customer lists. This role reports to the General Manager of Luwa Americas.</p>

<p><strong>Main Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work with current Textile clients on their Filtration and Air conditioning requirements.</li>
<li>Expand the Luwa sales pipeline in the non-woven industry through lead generation, campaigns, etc.</li>
<li>Develop contacts from target lists to discover and cultivate leads and opportunities for air handling systems and air-conditioning, process and plant filtration, and product recycling.</li>
<li>Manage all communication activity with internal and external stakeholders and provide feedback from customer interactions.</li>
<li>Drive prospecting and handle customer site visits as required.</li>
<li>Contribute to and create marketing, advertising, social media activities, to promote air handling and filtration systems and services.</li>
<li>Supports development and revision of website content and promotional materials for Nonwoven &amp; Soft Disposables - air handling systems and services.</li>
<li>Develop content for case studies, white papers, and presentations.</li>
<li>Perform all other duties that may be needed occasionally that are outside your regular job description, contributing to the Company meeting its sales and revenue goals.</li>

<li>Direct air filtration, dust collection, ventilation, pollution abatement equipment or similar sales experience is needed.</li>

<li>Conduct various aspects of technical sales, including prospecting, qualifying (technical and commercial), costing, generating proposals, price negotiation, sales reporting/planning.&nbsp; Maintain awareness of open quotes and orders in process to insure timely response. Responsible for maintaining continuity in customer relationships through frequent face to face visits at customers’ facilities.</li>
<li>Provide sales support in various aspects of marketing.&nbsp; This includes organizing and participating in industry trade shows, developing marketing materials, conducting market research, and assisting in website development &amp; tracking.</li>
<li>Provide high quality technical sales support to new and existing LCI customers.&nbsp; This includes assisting engineering in a sales capacity for telephone consultations, process engineering service trips, test center trials and technical reports, equipment startup services, validation services.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a strong relationship with LCI's principal equipment suppliers.&nbsp; This includes actively participating in sales meetings, travel, etc.</li>
