I have had the great pleasure of being the CEO of this great company since 2001. Nederman was founded back in 1944 and ever since then we have grown and flourished. Today our products and solutions are available in more than 50 countries around the world much thanks to the dedication of the people working here.
Sustainability has always been at the core of Nederman’s business and it’s very important that everyone working for Nederman has the right conditions to perform well. We always check carefully to ensure that we are providing a safe and healthy working environment. In recent years we have taken several steps to develop our human resources activities to include structured competence development aimed at creating genuine commitment throughout the Nederman organization.
Above all, our ambition is to develop Nederman as a business. We want to continue growing and we want to achieve better profitability. We are also trying to improve our offer so that even more customers can benefit from structured eco-efficiency. This will only take place if we provide our employees with the right conditions to develop their talents and abilities.
